Grain trains in western Victoria

| Despite a disappointing harvest in the northern and eastern Wimmera grain trains are still regularly visiting western Victoria. The first train to venture north of Dimboola in 2019 loaded at Rainbow on Monday 21 January, with a second one visiting the next day. Pacific National’s locomotives 8174 and BL26 assist with the loading of a rake of grain hoppers at the GrainCorp silos in the station yard in Rainbow around midday on Tuesday 22 January 2019. |
